Client Management Team

The professionals on this team serve as the primary point of contact for each customer and are responsible for understanding and addressing customer needs, ensuring responsiveness and achieving established program objectives. This includes:

  • Coordinating launch activities of new or existing clients, where appropriate;
  • Ensuring the objectives of the clients and DSSI are aligned and being met;
  • Managing the contract development and ongoing maintenance process;
  • Maintaining effective and positive supplier relationships;
  • Ensuring that our programs are optimizing the benefits to our clients;
  • Managing day-to-day issues to satisfactory resolution; and,
  • Ensuring regular, timely and accurate communications between our clients and DSSI.
