Customer Support Team

The vast majority of customer needs are handled electronically with support from our Commodity Purchasing Team. However, when an urgent need arises, our customers can enlist the help of our Customer Support Team. This group of purchasing professionals facilitates urgent orders for our customers by:

• Sourcing and setting up catalog item(s);
• Setting up new supplier(s), as needed to meet customer delivery requirements;
• Creating Epic™ requisitions and placing orders with supplier(s);
• Expediting and tracking urgent orders through delivery; and,
• Providing immediate access to Strategic Sourcing professionals to support customer specific sourcing requirements.
