Finance and Accounting Team

This team of professionals manages the entire financial settlement process with our suppliers and customers. Their efforts allow us to provide comprehensive, accurate and consolidated customer invoices and to settle accounts with suppliers according to the individual terms negotiated on behalf of our customers. The Finance and Accounting team's objectives are to:

• Manage the financial and accounting operations in support of business and customer needs;
• Meet individual customer needs through electronic invoicing and efficient payment settlement;
• Maintain efficient supplier settlement processes that ensure timely payment within terms for fulfilled DSSI purchase orders while incorporating EDI invoice submission and supplier ACH payments;
• Courteously and efficiently resolve customer and supplier issues by leveraging the DSSI claims and inquiry system; and,
• Develop, maintain and report all key business metrics and manage financial and regulatory reporting requirements.

Information Technology Team

Our IT team is the best in the industry. They provide the critical thinking and development expertise that ensures our technical solutions remain "World Class" while managing a technology infrastructure in support of millions of transactions. The IT Team's objectives are to:

• Support the organization's goals for business development and service delivery through consistent processes and technology;
• Automate and optimize business processes to address problems and user requests;
• Provide analytical support to the business units in the design, development and implementation of tactical and strategic software solutions;
• Manage the network functions of the data center operations, hardware, software and data communications;
• Implement operational methodologies to effectively develop and deploy software solutions for user requirements; and,
• Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technology to corporate advantage.
