DSSI Specific Features and Functionality

Administration Module
The administration module allows authorized individuals to maintain user authorization and authentication information.

Sourcing Module
The sourcing module provides DSSI buyers with various tools to manage customer catalogs. Additional features support RFQ, Spot Buy, and commodity bid processing.

Order Management Module
The order management module allows the DSSI site support group to view order information and input acknowledgements on a supplier's behalf.

Catalog Management
The catalog management module provides DSSI buyers with the capability to approve item change requests submitted by the suppliers and to route change requests for customer approval before an item is updated. Additional features support supplier account management, catalog search and maintenance and approval of customer price challenge requests.

Payment Settlement
The payment settlement module is very powerful allowing us to dynamically flow accounts payable data for suppliers and accounts receivable data for customers into our General Ledger.

Customer Support Module
This module allows users to initiate, resolve, escalate and track support requests online.
